There are not a lot of places in town to buy Designer Art Jewelry. There are a few shops in town that sell handmade jewelry, but the materials are usually pretty cheap and the stuff is not made to last, like friendship bracelets and beads on elastic cord. I was looking for something more upscale, hopefully some forged metal and semi precious gems. One site I found had everything a person could ask for. The style is bold and organic, and the gemstones look good enough to eat. There is a variety of bracelets, necklaces and earrings, and a few rings on display. The rings are simply gorgeous, but they are not for the shy, retiring type. The textured metal pieces really caught my eye. The designer sells some of her work at a store in the next town, so I will be able to see some of this in person soon.
